Geoffrey Steinherz
- Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Graduated from Xavier High School.
- B.A. from Goddard College in English Literature
- Studied playwriting at Hunter College
Work experience
- 1976 - 1985 work for an international R+D foundation.
- Moved to Germany in 1985 to work for a publisher specialized in environmental subjects.
- Self-employed as translator since 1999 and voiceover artist since 2001.
- Acting and directing for the U.S. Army entertainment program in Wiesbaden since 1985.
- Founded the publishing company edition steinherz in 2001
- Beginning in 2002 work as free-lance actor in German and English stage adaptations of Mark Twain short stories.
- Beginning in 2005 moderator for cultural events in Frankfurt and Wiesbaden
- 2008 – 2009 Kaltblütig – Die Songs, with monologues and songs by Geoffrey Steinherz, arranged and played with Off Jazz Trio.
